In England, not so long ago, beer was stored in oak barrels. Sometimes it was stored longer than usual depending on its rate of consumption in the pubs. The result was a beer with “older” flavours and rounder, more syrupy notes. Our Old Ale follows this tradition, offering malty, sweet and slightly woody flavours. Already aged in barrels for several months, it can be enjoyed now or in a few years. Old Ale is the big sister to our Mild Ale. Try them side by side and discover their family resemblances!
